چکیده

Predictive control has been first developed to control Linear Time Invariant plants, described by ARIMAX models. The extension of this control strategy in the case when the behavior of the plant is non linear and modeled by a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model is considered here. This kind of nonlinear model is locally linear and the GPC technique can be extended as a parallel distributed controller.

A TS Fuzzy Model Derived from a Typical Multi-Layer Perceptron

In this paper, we introduce a Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model which is derived from a typical Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Network (MLP NN). At first, it is shown that the considered MLP NN can be interpreted as a variety of TS fuzzy model. It is discussed that the utilized Membership Function (MF) in such TS fuzzy model, despite its flexible structure, has some major restrictions. After modify...

A multivariable generalized predictive control approach based on T-S fuzzy model

In this paper, the Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model is used to express dynamic systems, and an on-line identification algorithm for its parameters and structures is presented. A new multivariable fuzzy generalized predictive control approach is put forward based on the identified fuzzy model by means of Clark’s principle of single-variable generalized predictive control, some of whose performanc...

Hybrid state-space fuzzy model-based controller with dual-rate sampling for digital control of chaotic systems

In this paper, we develop a hybrid state-space fuzzy model-based controller with dual-rate sampling for digital control of chaotic systems. Takagi–Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model is used to model the chaotic dynamic system and the extended paralleldistributed compensation technique is proposed and formulated for designing the fuzzy model-based controller under stability conditions. The optimal regional...

FUZZY MODELING AND IDENTIFICATION APPLIED TO A BENCHMARK PROBLEM: pH CONTROL

This work presents an approximation to the modeling and identification tasks using Fuzzy Inference Systems (FIS) applied to the Benchmark Problem: pH neutralization control in industrial processes. The statement of this problem is taken from a paper that postulates the waste water pH neutralization process as a benchmark approach. The proposed model uses the Takagi-Sugeno FIS type, aiming at fu...

Design of robust fuzzy Sliding-Mode control for a class of the Takagi-Sugeno uncertain fuzzy systems using scalar Sign function

This article presents a fuzzy sliding-mode control scheme for a class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy which are subject to norm-bounded uncertainties in each subsystem. The proposed stabilization method can be adopted to explore T-S uncertain fuzzy systems (TSUFS) with various local control inputs. Firstly, a new design is proposed to transform TSUFS into sliding-mode dynamic systems. In addi...
